As the early morning sky starts to glow, you feel the crisp cool morning breeze as it rakes across your cheeks. Checking your rifle again to make sure it is loaded. Quickly run down a mental checklist in your head. Did I put on enough scent cover on? Was I quite enough walking in? Did I make noise getting into my stand? Suddenly it is bright enough that you start seeing shadows through the woods. Just like all hunters you start questioning if that was a stump or did it just move. Closing your eyes for just a moment to picture what you came here for. Although it felt like your eyes were only closed for about three minutes when you open them, you can now make out objects through the morning light. You start hearing birds.
